This week we read "From Head to Toe" by Eric Carle. On every page is a different animal moving a different body part. Each time the children imitated an animal's movement, they proudly said "wǒ hui!" (I can do it!) 
We then sang "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes" as we learned the Chinese names of our body parts.
